Episode 2: THE WORLD'S VIEW OF LOVE
I was given an assignment to present a topic - IS LOVE ALONE ENOUGH?
Why would such a question be asked? There is a lot of differing opinions and views on what love is. Some say Love is Blind. Others say there is true love and fake love.
Yet still others believe for a relationship/marriage to thrive one needs a little bit of both of love and money. As a Bible student, I have searched keenly on the above through the lenses of The Word of God and found no such things. Psalm 119:105 says "Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light on my path" I found it ridiculous when people use their worldly lenses to look into their lives, that are already darkened, instead of using the lamp provided by the Creator to look into every path of darkness for better appreciation of human endeavours.
The world is full of darkness, how then can you use dark glasses at night. What do we make of people who wear dark glasses at night.
Yet this is exactly what we are doing with our lives, pathetic, isn't it?
Shall we allow the maker of love, who is love Himself define love
through His Word?
